Steers Monumentpark can just NOT use the steers App

Poor service from Steers Monumentpark Pretoria and also again not the first time. Using their Steers App to place order and again for the second time had to go and collect after an hour because no delivery .. after we had to phone for an update... (they are waiting for driver) Decided to just cut our losses and collect at branch... getting there order has not been made and when asked why... they said the machine for milkshakes is broken!! Why not tell that to me once I have placed the order and actually phoned just after that to confirm my order?? Ridiculous and very very unacceptable. Cancelled my order and will never ever use this branch again and will most certainly not recommend this branch to anyone.
