Steers Montana Crossings - No order and still no refund

Ordered food on the 1st of May 2020 at 13:25 from Steers Montana Crossings, to this day I'm still waiting for my food. I tried to call them multiple times, where most of the time nobody answered, and when someone did answer they told me that the manager will call me back in a couple of minutes. The same as with my order I'm still waiting for the manager to contact me.

I don't want their food anymore, just give me back my money it's more than a month already and still no response.
