STEERS MONTAGUE GARDENS DISGUSTING RUDE SERVICE FROM MANAGER

I am Mr. JS Jacobs and just had the rudest, clueless manager deal with me at Steers Montague Gardens. I had a complaint that my burger was undercooked and raw, and he said it was not. When I ordered, I asked for a well-done burger, not the white-ish pink thing I was served. He (Yonathi) verbally disagreed with me and said it was cooked. I took pictures to show that it wasn't. He then refused to cook it further for me or refund me; he just rudely walked away.

I then told him that I was going to complain about this, and he said he didn't care. I couldn't believe the arrogance of this so-called manager.

What sort of manager is this? What sort of disrespectful service is this? He must be removed from manager duties as his attitude is very bad. Nancy is excellent; I eat there a lot and she makes sure I get my burger well done. This is the second time he has been rude and arrogant. Make Nancy the manager; better plan.

I wish for you to follow up on this to add to his arrogant record.
