Placed an order online for Kerbside collection at 12H30. 12H35 I went into the store to find the staff chatting away and they had not even started with our order. 15 Minutes later my order was brought to my vehicle. Vanilla Milkshake was like milk as they started making it as I arrived and then it stood there for 15 minutes. Ordered 2 x Medium Chips. Received 1 Medium and 1 Small. Order 1 Snack Cheese Burger and 1 regular Cheese Burger. Received 2 snack Cheese Burgers. Never received a till slip either which is needed for Petty Cash at the office. This is not the first time that we have problems when ordering from this branch.
