I ordered food on the Uber eats app for pickup and when I went to the store to pick up my order the cashier told me there’s no order under my name I told her to double check with Uber eats eventually she saw it when she and she was like “I hardly check it because no orders usually through there” fine I waited 10min for them to prepare the order and she says it’s ready I must pay and I told I’ve payed through the app already she’s like no I don’t see the payment and I can’t give you your order without payment she calls another for Debonairs and he also says the same thing so we debate this payment issue for 15min she calls the cook and he confirms the order has been payed for I eventually get my COLD food without a proper apology just excuse as to why she couldn’t see the payment.
