Steers Maponya mall worst service

I ordered steers on Tuesday 9th and order was confirmed by 6.30pm. At 7.15 the driver calls to ask my address even though it's on the details I provided I however provided them again. To me that meant his bringing my food. At 8.15 he calls me again to ask my address and at that time I'm ****ed, waiting almost 2 hours for food. I then asked him why on earth is my food still not delivered and he said they don't deliver in my area, now I was ****ed, told him to leave. After I to him to leave he rocks up here something to 9, I'm not that desperate for food steers. Please canbi have my refund as I did not except that food. I get so frustrated when I have to order it shows us the available restaurants that can deliver but the drivers constantly complain. Why do you not take this up with your driver's? This was my last time ordering from you guys. Please can I just get my money back.
