Steers Maponya Mall with the worst service👎👎

I placed an order from Steers Maponya mall at 20:19 as it was the only one available to deliver...it's 21:25 n still no delivery...

At 21:07 I got a call telling me they won't be able eo deliver when I called before 9pm to enquire about it n they confirmed its on the way...

I spoke to some guy who called the manager Thapelo n they both made me fools...the manager worse because he didn't want to resolve but came with excuses n laughing at me.

I'm so disappointed 😞 very angry I am,im a customer they making a fool...they said they'll call me n now I'm still waiting with a hungry child who won't even have a lunch tin for school tomorrow.

Never again will I be supportive of that particular store.
