Steers maponya mall poor service

Steers maponya mall. am very disappointed, I've placed an order online at 13:50 today the order arrived an hour later. The items that I ordered were short, they didn't put in chips and cold drinks. I called them to enquire they said they will deliver it, even now am still waiting for my food.
