STEERS MAPONYA MALL IS DISGUSTING...

07 Jan.2023 @12:51:32, I bought a SINGLE PORK RIB RACK valued R179.90 at STEERS MAPONYA MALL. Arriving home ready to dish up for my family after such a tiring day, I got a shock of my life. The single eas not even half but maybe a quarter of the rack. I called their call center *** more than 8times which was more than a waiste of time and airtime. Their agents told me point blank that they wont tell me who I'm speaking to because I called them and not the other way around. Then I asked for the shop number and was given *** which was never even answered it juts went dead. I stay a bit far from the mall otherwise I would have went back to the shop as exhausted and annoyed as I was. Has our country degraded to **************** from food outlets? or maybe their trying to regain the 2years covid stricken time which also left some of us jobless but we don't go around ****ing innocent people. I'm angry, disappointed and so much disgusted by this rotten service. What do we have to do as a country to get the services of what we paid for, are we so desperate to get rich quickly but degrading other human beings? Come to think of it, it's not the first time I'm getting a nasty service from Steers and I wonder why I keep supporting them. I wish they were on eof the copies that never survived the covid stricken time. PRUDENCE LEDIMO.
