Steers Maponya mall fails to deliver

Ordered an online deal at about 18h30, 2 hours later I am still waiting for the order and it is almost 9pm, I mean how hard can it be for them to deliver after they called asking for directions and after I also made a couple of calls inquiring about my order as I am unable to trace the order on the app. I live literally behind Maponya mall and I understand that drivers have other orders to deliver but waiting for o er 2 hours is ridiculous really. I doubt they will be delivering and I did not cook as I expected my food from Steers Maponya mall, as pregnant as I am I guess I will be going to bed with an empty stomach.
