Steers maponya mall appalling service

I am utterly DISGUSTED with the lack of service that I am receiving from STEERS MAPONYA MALL. My order was placed at 17:20 PM, made the payment and received an order number. Made 2 follow up calls via the call center, and twice I was promised that the store manager would give me a call. On my final call to the number on the app, the lady answers but does not ask to put me on hold, she just puts the call on hold and then the call cut off. Not only have I paid for my food but had to incur additional costs for calling in as this is not a toll free number. I WOULD LIKE TO BE CONTACTED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT AND IF I CANNOT GET ASSISTANCE, PLZ REFUND ME MY MONEY.
