Steers Maponya Mall

About 2 weeks ago I ordered online from Steers in Maponya Mall and the service was horrible! I waited a whole hour and a half before calling to check in on my order , which they than told me that the driver said I canceled the order and they will call me when its on its way . I than preceeded to wait another 2 hours for my food, I called them multiple times (they kept rejecting my calls) , when I eventually got through to them they told me they dont deliver to my area. When asked why they did not communicate that , they could not respond. I than wrote an email to head office explaining my grievance and it was followed up by a call from the manager of Steers Maponya mall asking me to write an email stating that the issue was resolved which it was not . I than wrote another email to head office and I have not been contacted regarding this matter ever since . I am highly disappointed in the poor service I have received and the lack of effort from Steers side to resolve the issue at hand.
