STEERS Manager at Cresta embarrasses teenage clien
The manager at STEERS Cresta should be fired. He knows nothing about customer service. He only knows how to belittle teenage customers. <br> My 16 year old son asked the staff at STEERS Cresta if a STEERS voucher he had was still valid. After all the staff could not answer him, they called the manager and the manager tore the voucher up in front of my son (and in front of other customers) and said to him 'you found this on the floor'.<br> There were other customers and this embarrassed my son terribly.<br> I will never buy from any STEERS again. I will not support bad customer service when there are so many other options.<br> I will be sure to tell everyone I know about how bad the service at STEERS is.
