Steers Mam's mall worse service

Steers Mam's mall gave me the worse service for the second time, Friday 25/10/24 i was on the que the cashier said she want to prepare a quick order,I didn't have a problem then she comes back to take my order then her friend skips a que she takes her money they are chatting and laughing I ask them to hurry up I need to order m In a hurry it was 18:30 they laughed, after she took my order the ladies at the back said we will show her what hurry is,I bought 2 phanda meals and full chicken and chips, 55 minutes later I go and inquire the manager said didn't they tell you it will take an hour I said no they said 20min they even laughed after giving me my order when I get home the chicken it's not fresh, the lemon and herb marinade was brown as if it was mixed with BBQ then in the morning it was slimy
