Steers Malvern worst service ever

I called Steers Malvern to place my order. I received confirmation at 18:34. It is now 21:10 I haven't received my order. I called at 19:30 and the person who took my call said the order is in its way. I tried calling back numerous times and I haven't been able to get through. I wouldn't be supporting that branch again.
