Steers Mall of Africa unflavored service.

I went to Steers Mall of Africa to get something to eat during my lunch. I bought 2 pieces of quarter chicken, 1 mild and 1 "Lemon and herbs". Got my order and went to have a quite moment to eat, little did i know that my lunch will be a filled with quite moments of flavours. On me having few bites i realize the chicken had no taste of lemon and the herbs had disappeared completely. I went back to steers to return the food and told them the chicken had no flavor only for the staff to discuss me behind the counter. They then called the manager Dumisani who also lacked any help as he told me that the lemon and herb flavour tastes like "Nothing". I must say I was actually shocked and disgusted with how the manager and his staff treated me asvi had to throw away what was left of the flavorless lemon and herb chicken. I wish steers could treat their customers with respect and also deliver on their promises, lemon and herb tastes like lemon and herb and not like nothing as the manager told me.
