Steers Mall@Reds below standard food

I was always a regular customer at Steers Mall@Reds, however the past year I am utterly disappointed. I bought ice cream in a cup. There was barely any ice cream in the cup. It was filled 3cm under the brim of the cup. I had to take a look from the top to see any ice cream. Furthermore, the ice cream was hollow in the middle. I barely had two table s****s of ice cream. Then came my burger. It was ice cold. How long before the tile was this prepared? The chips looked like it was made in very old oil. This is the first time ever I lay a complaint, however complaining to Steers Mall@Reds numerous times doesn’t help. This is the very last time I will buy anything there
