Steers magaliesburg "non-convenient stop"

On the 3rd of july I was en route Botswana and decided to stop here to fill my tank and go to steers and get a cappucino, i walk in and the store was quite with one customer near the coffee machine and a few ladies behind the counter but none at the till. I waited a good 15 to 20 mins, i was on a call and mentioned that no one was coming to help but voiced this loud enough for someone to attend to me. A lady came to the till after over hearing this and asked how she could help and politely too, i then started one cappucino, she asked regular or large i said regular and in that split second decided id get food as well, she then moved tills as it looked like she was having difficulty with the til we were at, she pressed a few things on the touch screen, i repeated one cappucino, 2 small chicken burgers one mild one spicy/hott no tomato on both, one small chips on the side , a bottle of coke and a water. I paid via card. Took my slip and asked how long it would take and the lady said the amount of time i cannot remember but whatever it was , it was perfectly fine. I visited the garage shop walked around and came back t9 the steers and waited. After a while, another lady called my order number i walked to the counter and she gave me my order which was in the steers brown bag, and the bottle of coke and water, and i asked " and my cappucino"? She then looked puzzled checked my slip and looked at the lady who took my order and that lady then say oh i didnt charhe you for a capoucino, and said sorry can i out it through, i then quite irritated responded no i dont have time to waste now after waiting so long i took the order and sarcastically said loud and extra polite thanks for wasting my time to which she responded pleasure. And smiled. The sarcasm was not caught to the emphasis on the bad service. I then jumped in the car and drove off. I then as i drove pulled out my order to eat. There were 2 very large bags of chips which o was charged for and which i did not order. They tasted terrible and i couod not eat them. I then pulled out one of the burger. It was hott and i assuked the other would be mild. It had a tomato and i stated very clearly no tomato and my slip says so. I took the second burgwr also hot also with a tomato. So my point of going here in thwr first poace was to get a cappucino. Didnt get that. No tomato on both burger didnt happen, a small chips ended up with 2 large stale oily previous day reheated tasting chips and no cappucino. This whole experience was terrible. And i paid for it. And waited rarher long to get help and even then i had to demand it. Which part of all of what i mentioned is justifiable ? I am a reasonable person and would understand if they were busy and ibhad to wait or if i received one thing wrong as they business wouod have overwhelmed the staff however it was quite and i dont see a plausible reason as to how so much can go wrong ?
