Steers maclear did not want to give me the 1/4 chicken

I went to buy 1/4 chicken at steers in Maclear town in the Eastern Cape and wanted the breast side I was told they only have 1/4 legs. I asked if they have full chicken and they said they have I asked them to give me the breast from the full chicken and they said they don't do that. They called the manager and the manager said the picture has 1/4 leg and not breast so they sell only the 1/4 leg I said but its saying 1/4 chicken on the menu not 1/4 leg even though they have the leg on the picture. I ended up leaving there without the side I wanted because they say they don't cut from the full chicken and they only have 1/4 legs.
