Steers mabopane & steers call centre. Useless

The mabopane square branch is a complete disgrace. The staff & supervisor are rude, the food takes too long, thers always something out of stock & they wont bother to tell u until you arrive at the shop. Tried calling the call center to place my order & i spoke to one Magdeline who told me that the branch is offline. She promised to call the branch & get back to me. I have been waiting for an hour. Now they dont answer my call anymore. I have never experienced this with any steers branch. As thing stand, i might as well ditch the whole steers chain cause even their call center is dysfunctional, ineffecient & useless.
