Steers Long Street, poor service.

I placed an order on the Steers app for my food to be delivered, it has been over an hour and my food is still not here. I have had to call Steers on Long Street, Cape Town, twice to follow up on my order. I chose Steers, Long Street because they are 1.5km away from where I am. They keep saying I will have my food in 20 mins. Now they have made me to speak to the driver who tells me that he still has to pass by a garage to fill up before he can deliver my food. The service is too slow!!!
