STEERS - LONG STREET, CAPE TOWN THE MOST SOGGIEST, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN THE VENUE AS WATER POURED DOWN ONTO US AND SOAKED OUR TABLE

This morning my fiancee and I went for a quick bite to eat as we were rushing to be at a shoot for a commercial. We placed our order and sat down at a table for 2 - after following and adhering to all covid_19 protocols. We sat and waited for our order and all of a sudden we felt a gush of water pouring then dripping down on us and our table from the roof. We were mortified! And we only got an apology and the staff went back to their work as if we did not just have yellow looking water pour down on top of us and our table, we could not even take our receipt because it was soaking wet! We got no discount, no free meal, no assistance, Only a lousy apology! Which I said no an apology isn't enough because we had to rush home to change and we're late for our shoot. STEERS, LONG STREET IN CAPE TOWN, should take responsibility for this matter and atleast offer a gesture of goodwill. My goodness, such horrific experience has never befallen us before.
