Steers loch Logan worst experience

This is a formal complaint today was my second time ordering at Loch Logan Steers and not receiving everything I ordered. On the 6th of March I ordered 1ltr coke and did not receive it and received the rest of the order and today my small chips were also not delivered I only received the burger,buddy coke and ice cream can I be refunded money back. I’ve tried calling the store with no reach.
