Steers Loch Logan Bloemfontein - Bad Service

I placed an order at Steers Loch Logan in Bloemfontein via the online app on 1 May 2020 @ 17:03. Order No. #***. My order was never delivered. The next morning my husband lodged a complaint telephonically at the call centre. The Agent asked whether we wanted a refund, but he said no, if they can still deliver today it will be fine. She took the order number and his contact details and promised to give him feedback a.s.a.p. We never heard back from her. In the afternoon of the 2nd my husband lodged an online complaint. Again no feedback. This morning I remembered about it and called Steers at Loch Logan Mall. A very confused worker answered the phone after I was kept on the line for more than 20 minutes and said he will transfer me to the correct person and cut me off.

The service is terrible. I do understand that these restaurants only re-opened recently after the lock-down and might be under extreme pressure at the moment, but at least Mc Donalds and Mr Delivery informs you that the deliveries are under stress and asks you to come back later before they take your money.
