Steers Loch Logan - Bad Service.

I visited the Steers branch in Bloemfontein Loch Logan today and I was not happy. I waited in the queue for about 20 minutes without any assistance. In as much I understand that they seemingly had and issue with their terminal the least they could have done was inform the customers who were waiting. I myself work in service and I know systems tend to act up, but I also know that when the customers are informed they become a lot less agitated.

I decided to go to the McDonald's next door and the service was the complete opposite. The staff was efficient and while the cashier was busy helping with packing another order she notified me that she will assist me in a moment, which was not even necessary because I had just arrived. Their service was fast, friendly and efficient. I was not there for even 10 minutes.

The staff at Steers Loch Logan need to engaged with their customers. I don't believe I'll ever visit the shop again, even though it's the closest to where I work.
