Steers Linbro Park, you are a DISGRACE!

Shocking service! I ordered an online Wacky Wednesday deal (from the Steers in Linbro Park) earlier on today, delivery took long and furthermore, I was cheated by the Steers in Linbro Park they did not deliver 2 large chips, they only delivered 1 large chips. I paid FULL price for a meal that was short! I phoned the Steers in Linbro Park after numerous unanswered calls, they answered, however I was told that the "Wacky Wednesday deal only comes with the burgers". I argued that when ordered ONLINE, it comes with the 2 large chips and not 1 large chips. The gentleman told me that he will check my order and get back to me. It has been 3 hours since that phone call and no one has bothered to resolve this. I am appalled! I will NEVER order from this Steers ever again! Absolute nonsense! I was referred to the Steers Review site (by the owner of the Steers in Linbro Park), once I submitted my review, it was not processed as the header of the site was incorrect, so all of that was for nothing. It has been over a week now, and I have not been attended to, nor assisted. My complaint will remain until this is resolved!
