Please can you teach the staff some customer service. I ordered online and after an hour I decide to call the shop. I offer to give Maria the order number and she first says she can't check because the driver has left with the order, then eventually she says my order was returned because the driver could not get hold of me. I advised her that there are two numbers at the gate and as soon as you call the unit they both appear, and all delivery guys always get through because they use common sense. This driver was just rushing to knock off. Seemingly the dumped the food at the store and no one bothered to try and contact me. Maria then says maybe I can collect, I'm bed ridden, if I was capable of collecting I would've collected, I am not fami**** with Johannesburg, 3. What if I don't have means to a car. What was going to happen to the order if I hadn't called. I also paid delivery for someone who is ***********. I'm very upset and your website doesn't allow for me to update the cell number but my email address is working just fine. Pathetic service.
