Steers - lies

Your store showed that it was open and trading online. I ordered and I even received an order number. I wanted for my delivery for an hour and decided to drive past the steers store to see if it was busy.

The security guard informed us that steers is only opening on Monday.

My question is why is the site allowing orders and online payments when it’s not operating???

Not happy with the wrongful information to customers. I will not support Steers in future again.
