Steers Lephalale - Wors Service Ever

I have had several occasions whereby Steers Lephalale does not supply good customer service. The past 8 days I have had 2 very distasteful experiences and the way their management handled it is the reason why I am doing this review. Whit a staff of roughly 7 and 2 managers they could not service 2 people at the counter waiting more than 5 minutes to place an order and had 3 people complaining about the time they have waited for their order. One gent helped himself to the fridge after his order was wrong without anyone even noticing this. I called the manager to make her aware of the situation and my disappointment is how the service has been performed to 4 people in front of me. It seemed that the 2 managers were too busy to make chips packet up whilst the other 7 employees would stare at them, then actually MANAGING the people that were supposed to make the chips. The managers looked like the cooks and the cooks were spectators.

WORST managers I have ever seen, and worst team I have seen together. As a regular customer and someone that has been ordering frequently, I will NEVER order from Lephalale again.
