Steers Lephalale - Dismal Customer service

My husband and I are loyal to the Steers brand and always place online orders, but the Lephalale branch continues to tarnish the image of this organisation but having dismal and pathetic customer service. We live less than 2km from the store and prefer deliveries, but last week Monday we got our order 2 hours later and cool drink was not in the order. When I called I called the store manager I told them to improve but clearly they don't believe in customer suggestions. I want excellence and this branch is lacking this dearly, this incident is happening for the third or forth time and other similar frustrating incidences keep occurring. What shall we do, but dump this brand....
