Steers lenasia south delivery order
I placed in an order for delivery at the Lenasia South Steers at 18h30 with Valerie. She assured me that the order will be delivered within an hour. Which did not happen. At 19h45 I called the store to find out why havent i received my order and was unapologetically told by Morgan that my food will be delivered within 5 minutes. Which did not happen either. I received my order at 20h03, which was cold and looked as if it was out for a long while (you can tell by the chips). This is unacceptable!!!
