Steers lenasia fails to deliver and refund 5 days later.

Steers lenasia south is the most unprofessional and pathetic fast-food store, I ordered food on the 20 Dec and until 21 Dec I didn't get a call as to why I had no delivery, also I had to call them and after more than 15 attempts I finally managed to speak to an *********** manager who decided they did nothing wrong and refuse to apologise and promised to repay my cash but to date which is 25th Dec 18 I go no call to get my bank info or even an SMS on status of my refund.

As I told the Debonairs owned by the same person I will never support them and will spread my dissatisfaction and experience with all I know.

This stears should close down or sell to a more capable owner.

Don't call to ask me what to do just give my money back and keep you pathic business.
