Steers L'Corro - Bad Customer Service

I placed an order via uber eats yesterday. i ordered 1 mix It sharing meal. Instead of getting 2 king steers burgers and 2 steers burgers i was given 4 steers burgers.

I called the store and they said they will call me back, an hour later i called and the lady i spoke to said that she is waiting for the driver to come and he will bring the king steers burgers. it is 30 May 2020 08:43 and i have not heard anything from the store, my order was placed at 16:52 on 29 May 2020.
