Steers Lambton NO SERVICE!!!

Pathetic!!!! Ordered and paid online and was given a collection time of 18.15. I got the just after 18.30 and was told to get a slip and wait at the back of the queue. I called in and was told by Nswaki that the manager will call back in 5mins. An hour later, no food and they have my money. Will they call??? I wonder if i will get my money back!!!!
