Steers Kyalami appalling service

I just ordered bacon and cheese burgers from Steers Kyalami and the patties in my burgers were not of Steers quality, instead were much smaller than usual and tasted more like frozen patties from checkers. The chips were badly over fried and looked like simba crispy chips, never mind the horrible stale buns they were in. I’ve never been so disappointed with Steers and I honestly feel like this branch should just be closed down as this is not even the first time this occurs. Clearly Steers has lost it’s touch if this is the sort of service they are now giving their loyal customers.
