Steers Kwamnyandu DISGUSTING, DISAPPOINTING, DISRESPECTFUL AND. DISHONEST stuff

I am furious with the customer service at steers Kwamnyandu... They treat customers like pieces of **** and are very disrespectful. They are lazy and feel extremely entitled. I orders burgers and ice cream and the stuff just looked at me told me we don't have ice cream.. I took my receipts and waited... Literally a minute later another customer walked in and they sold it right in front of my eyes... When I asked... The girl just said i didn't see that it's there.. With a disrespectful look... I was so furious... And felt undermined. Even the food I ordered didn't have any paddy in it.. They just didn't give a **** simply because I asked them why are they dishonest to their customers .. Even the Manager Mlondi Shinga just defended her and she didn't even apologize... Other customers were furious about this incident because they said this is what they always do. When I am in umhlanga I don't get this type of service and this is not even about the order... It's about principle and respecting customers.. Being honest to them and provide good service... I am appalled and want this matter to be dealt with ASAP.
