We ordered 4 burgers, chips and chicken for lunch and supper today from Steers Kuilsriver Branch. We received it and it was sprayed full of sanitizer. When we tried to call, we were either put on hold for long, cause apparently they needed to speak to someone. A few times i called, the other times they put the phone down in my ear. I called again and received an *** to call. It went straight to voicemail. When i called back to the steers number, they continued not to be off any assistance. Now we are sitting with hand sanitizer burgers, fries and chicken. No apologies. Just the manager will call back when my husband called. Very unprofessional bunch. No refund or swop out. Will never buy from this place again. I should have learned my lesson when they served me a raw chicken burger a few years back. Very unhappy customer...
