Steers Kuilsriver disgusting service

I am very disgusted by steers kuilriver, the cashier Siphokazi who assisted me was very rude. I was buying a burger with my absa voucher and she told me that voucher is not working because they don't have data. I asked her why steers is running out of data and she started shouting at me. She told me straight that she only works for steers, she doesn't know anything about data and there's nothing she can do about it. I then asked for the manager, she told me she is the manager, I asked for her name she refused to give me her name. I then decided to buy full chicken with my own money, a take away. When I got home it wasn't full chicken, there other pieces were missing and there was only one wing. I will never buy there again and I still want my full chicken, even the lemon and herb sauce that I asked for was not there. I am very disappointed.
