Steers king burger

I ordered a king star burger. The guy taking my order was more interested in talking to some girl in the line. The order finally arrived and I left. I was already on my way when I checked the burger. The bun was so old and dry it was falling apart and everting was squashed together. Had I not been on my way I would have returned it to the store. I did send a complaint together with a photo to the steers complaints division. Never heard a thing now it's been almost 2 weeks. Reluctant to go back.
