Steers Kempton Park/App Order. Food NEVER ARRIVED!!!

Im VERY DISSAPOINTED in Steers Kempton Park!!! I placed an Order on the App at 15:58 today and scheduled delivery to my house for 18:00. 18:00 came and nothing. 18:32 came and I started phoning. It's now, 19:25 and still, no food!!! 4 calls later, just to be asked the same questions constantly. What's your number? How did you place the order? I provided everything i have, phone number, order number, everything!!! They can't find my order and I'm being told they'll phone me back during each call, but it's almost been 90 minutes since my order was supposed to be delivered. I had to, unfortunately order supper via Uber Eats now, which is scheduled to be here at 20:00. How is this right?? My kids have to eat at 20:00?? I'm so angry and inconvenienced by Steers!!! I want my money back as well as the extra money I had to fork out now, for brand new meals!!
