Steers Karaglen - worst delivery experience EVER!!

Terrible turnaround time on delivery!!! Placed an order at 11:21, up until 12:21 (AN HOUR LATER) still have not received my order. When trying to phone in and find out what the delay is, the phone does not even get answered when you press 2 for queries. After pressing 1 for "new orders" all of a sudden the phone can be answered? Staff have no idea of where my order is, and when they eventually found out, I was informed that my order was still in the store and will be delivered in HALF AN HOUR!!! So you expect me to wait for an hour and a half for a delivery to be done from a store not even 10km away????????
