Steers Karaglen - lost my order again

Disgusting service from Steers Karaglen Third no show in a row. I tried to phone in and find out what the delay is. No answer when you press 2 for queries. After pressing 1 for "new orders” the phone is answered but staff have no idea of where the order is. 3 lost orders in a row. They have lost another customer too.
