Steers is pathetic

I was looking forward to a burger meal for my friend and I from Steers at Woodmead Value Centre but it was such a disappointing evening. I have resulted to putting this complaint on Hellopeter because I believe good customer service is essential regardless of the industry you are in. I had called and placed an order at 4.10pm, the lady confirmed that it will be ready to collect even though there was loadshedding currently underway and stated that I will fetch the order between 5.30pm and 6pm. I got to Steers and was told my order was not ready and that load shedding just started(lie). The employee then **** and said that he had no phone number to contact me and then **** that his phone battery was dead but they have a landline phone!!! He then **** and said that they do not make chips for over-the-phone orders. He then disrespected me further by ignoring me and talking over my head to other customers and had no sense of empathy. I felt humiliated in front of customers.This is pathetic service and if you can not get a phone order correct or communicate efficiently then what the hell are you doing in business!!!!!! I demand an apology from Steers.
