STEERS is not a binding to its business agreement with ABSA

Hi

I went to Steers at Maponya mall to redeem my the voucher from ABSA Bank for my kids. The cashier said they don't take vouchers in store but I need to use that voucher online. I asked for a manager they called a pregnant lady who also confirmed that the voucher is only for online

I once used the voucher at Maponya and Northgate, there was no issues.

My question is that, does ABSA know that their business partners treat us like trash when we start talking about vouchers?
