Was at Steers today 19/11/25 to order Wacky Wednesday the order was taken @12:23 and I was on lunch but I waited for my order till 13:20 my order number was 50 but I stood there until 80 sum thing numbers were called, What annoyed me was when I asked how long am I going to wait still, I was asked If I wasn't a refund after 1hr waiting, I'm no ok frustrations are working on me. please Steers it is not acceptable if a order is taking long 10min is the least not more than an hour without someone acknowledging the customer. This need to be dealt with. The person assisted or took order is Hlumane Thandiwe
