Steers in Montclair is atrocious

I have just come from Steers in Montclair. After over an hour of waiting I asked what was taking so long and that I'd prefer a refund so I can go elsewhere . The lady at the front counter chooses to ignore me and give me a filthy look. Another disgusting note to add. Whilst the food was being cooked. A worker was spraying detergent on the walls, right above where the food was being cooked. She then proceeds to stand on the counters and wash the walls down, where the food was being cooked. This is absolutely appalling. I actually feel sick at the thought of how many times I've eaten there. Never again.
