Steers in Hospital View: why did they bother to open? Useless

I was recently in Hospital View, Tembisa and we decided to try out the new Steers at the Engen garage. We ordered at 05:45pm. By 8:45pm our food still had not been delivered. We tried calling 34 times! Only once die the ***** girl answer her phone then she told us they forgot to take down our number. We gave her the number and still 2 hours later the stupid girl hadn't called back. Because it is a black area they think they are entitled to giving us poor service. Thank you Steers for offering what you clearly cannot deliver on. You're useless and never deliver on your promises. Pathetic.
