Steers ice cold food delivery

My boyfriend and I placed an order through steers dowerglen at 19:20 pm on Tuesday the 30th of october.

They placed our order and everything was alright we waited 20 minutes our food never arrived until an hour and abit later. our food arrived cold.

While waiting for our order we decided to phone and ask how long it would take the first time we phone the woman put the phone down on us, the second time we phoned the lines were busy and finally the last time we phoned we asked to speak to the delivery department again. We then asked what time our food is coming and if it is cold we would refuse to pay they lady who we spoke to said that is fine and the delivery guy should be there in a few minutes. My boyfriend then decided to time how long it would take until the food got here it took 15 minutes until the food arrived so in total an hour and half for our food to arrive.

When we got the food it was ice cold and the chocolate milkshake was melted.

We got a phone call now from someone at steers. first off screaming at me on the phone and then demanding that we must pay for the ice cold food or sending the food back and waiting for a new order which could have taken another hour and a half. The food arrived at 8:30 ice cold.

I am highly disappointed at steers and I dont think I will ever order from them again.
