Steers Humewood - Poor Service Delivery

I placed an order online, went to collect my food. Checked my order and asked for BBQ & 1000 island sauce. So they no longer give containers of 1000 island sauce. Fine. They now give sachets. Fair enough. So proceeds to say, they don't have sachets. Sorry. I asked if she could please add some thousand island over my chips. Yemisi flat out refused. Didn't ask for a container of sauce, didn't ask to help myself to their sauce. Simply asked if she could please add some sauce for me. Unwilling to meet customer needs due to their terrible logistics of not being able to order sufficient sachets of thousand island sauce. POOR SERVICE! Doubt I'll be back any time soon.
