I just had the worst experience, waited 30 mintes for a takeaway meal, orders after me served and when i enquire at 22 min mark, lady tells me oh sorry we forgot to take out the chicken patties the other people were beef. Complaint to a manager who couldn't be less interested. Took my money back and left.
